By downloading, installing, or using Inqo (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and RUNEWORKS LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”).
Inqo is a daily guessing game where players ask yes/no questions to figure out what Inqo is thinking. Each day features a new puzzle, and players have 10 moves to guess the answer. The App may include additional features such as streaks, stats tracking, cosmetic items, and in-app purchases.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use Inqo. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a parent or legal guardian.
Creating an account is optional. If you choose to create one (via email, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google), you are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All content, branding, design, code, and game mechanics in Inqo are the property of RUNEWORKS LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the App without our written permission.
Inqo may offer optional in-app purchases (such as coins, cosmetic items, or themes). All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. All purchases are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Inqo uses artificial intelligence (via OpenAI) to generate responses to your questions and provide game content. AI-generated content is provided “as is” and may not always be accurate. We do not guarantee the correctness of any AI-generated response. The App should be used for entertainment purposes only.
We strive to keep Inqo available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue any feature or the entire App at any time without prior notice. Daily puzzles are provided on a best-effort basis.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Inqo at any time, with or without cause, including for violations of these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUNEWORKS LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of North Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
